Digital Courses and Downloads
All sales of digital courses, downloadable templates, e-books, and other downloadable digital products are final. Once a course or digital product is accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds, except as required by law or under exceptional circumstances.
Refund Eligibility (Online Courses)
We may consider a refund request if:
- You experience technical issues preventing access and support is unable to resolve the issue.
- You accidentally purchased the same course multiple times.
- You have not accessed any content and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
To request a refund, email refunds@riskilled.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Consulting Services
For scheduled consultations or audit services:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to challenge it and may suspend future access to our services.
